Social media messaging

If you contact us using Facebook Messenger, Instagram or Twitter we receive your basic account information that you publicly share (first name, last name, gender, location, profile picture, time zone). We may use this information to respond to your message. We do not keep this information longer than necessary (generally one week). We do not combine it with data collected on this Site.

Your payment card details

Payment processing services are facilitated by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd and provided by third parties including Toggle and Opentable. The Site transfers payment details directly from these suppliers to the venue’s point of sale system. Your card details are securely stored by PCI compliant third-party payment providers. Your CSC/CVV number is not stored and must be entered each time you use a card for authentication.

We may collect point of sale data relating to your visits, including the name and location of the venue, time and date of your booking, food and drink purchased, the value of your transactions, payment data, and any feedback you provide. We may use this data to improve your experience, send marketing communications (with your permission), and for analysis purposes.
